Vermilion Dam Lodge offers a beautiful, peaceful and private place for a wedding. There have been several weddings over the years at the resort. We designate specific weekends for holding weddings to ensure that the resort and the staff are completely dedicated to your needs. The time periods fall in what is considered the off-season to ensure total privacy and to provide a discounted rate.
Holding a wedding and reception at the Vermilion Dam Lodge works perfectly for smaller, more private weddings. The lodge dining room can seat 40 people. In addition, the lodge game room area serves well for receptions. There are several locations on the resort grounds to hold an outside ceremony that showcases the natural beauty, wilderness and the serene surroundings. If weather is an issue, we can hold the wedding entirely inside the lodge.
There are 20+ cabins for friends, family and the wedding party to stay during the event. Our two largest cabins sit at opposite ends of the resort and that works well for giving the couple's families their own space for meeting and preparation prior to the wedding ceremony.
There are many options and services that we can provide for your wedding. We are flexible and allow the couple to plan, pick and choose the options that best fit their situation. Whether you would like to completely plan and coordinate your own wedding or would like to be worry-free, we can take care of all of the arrangements and we will ensure everything goes well.
